Tonight my son begged me to take him for lobster for his 7th birthday. Working in a scratch kitchen myself, we do not frequent chains often, because why pay when I can prepare it better at home (side note his dad was a chef for years as well) Alas, we had a long day of birthday fun so, I reluctantly pull into the lot.
