“Great place to have a party!! We had a large group for a surprise party, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Brooke handled our large group like a champ! I can’t say enough good things about her. Our party of about 50 people could not get over how amazing she was. No one went without a beverage and the food orders were on point.

“Hosted a Rehearsal Dinner at Summer Place and it was AMAZING! The food was awesome, the staff were very professional and courteous. George specifically was a great waiter! Everyone in attendance had a fabulous time. Well done! Highly recommend and the view…PRICELESS“

“My husband and I really enjoyed coming here for our date night! We shared the warm olives to start, which were delicious. My husband had the Salmon Succotash and I had the Mushroom Fettuccine. Then we shared a serving of the bread pudding. All was delicious, fresh, and hot! Our waitress was amazing. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be coming back.“

“I really like this place I always forget about them they have such a varied menu but everything is pretty good. The one thing I do not like is their Booth style tables for a larger group have absolutely no room the table is just too big you can barely get in and out of the seats unless you're a very small child or a small person. It is very uncomfortable.

“Found this place when I searched for best places to eat in Cleveland while we were on vacation and this one had good reviews and realistic prices so we decided to try it out and we are so glad we did! It was a warm and inviting atmosphere for being mostly a bar with extra seating. You felt like you were at home and all the staff treated you like you were family or a good friend and they looked happy to be there even though it got a bit busy when we had gotten there. Service was excellent, food was delicious, my husband got the ribs and he was in love. I tried the bbq sauce as I'm really picky about bbq sauces and it was delicious! The skull shaped cornbread was so good. I had a turkey club sandwich with the chips and the French onion dip is a must have. Great experience, we will definitely be back next time we are up in Cleveland!“

“Our meal was great! Kid-friendly. Great service! Comfortable local restaurant that was moderately busy, but not packed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Trivia night. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Rice bowl with chicken, boneless wings, burger, and turkey Rachel sandwich. Ryan brought out our apps and kept checking on us. We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we’re in the area!“

“We had my mom’s 90th birthday party with 28 guests at the Westlake location this morning. Because we are regulars there, Nick the manager bent the rules a wee bit to allow us to have the back area, near the bar for our party right at opening time on a Saturday. The service by wait staff Mary and Lauren was fabulous, every one of us LOVED our food and your hospitality was off the charts! Thank you again for allowing us to have this 90th in the best of all places for our youngest family member (age one) and all the way up! Love, love, love Kitchen Social. Ps. “We were there for a birthday celebration. Our server was excellent. We were extremely disappointed with the manager’s treatment when we addressed an issue with the bottle of wine. She was rude and condescending. We were 50 year old adults with a legitimate complaint, not people trying to get out of paying for something(we were getting more wine). Very very disappointing. Everyone else was wonderful and the food was fabulous. It’s a shame the manager does not know how to treat customers respectfully and appropriately.“

Beware of the portion sizes, splitting is a great option or plan on enjoying leftovers at home :) sandwich is great but sports about a solid four inches of turkey. I would have enjoyed 1/3 of the meat and maybe a homemade herb aioli to liven it up. Lovely dining room. Patio in season. Reservations a great idea, party is seated when all have arrived, seems to be an effective policy as it is a popping spot with high demand on table space.“

The private room in the back offered a great atmosphere for our event—spacious and cozy, and the private entrance made it feel extra special. The convenience of free parking with lots available both in the front and back was a big bonus. The floral arrangements, which they did in-house, were absolutely gorgeous and added such a beautiful touch to the space. Elizabeth, the event coordinator, was a dream to work with—she was quick to respond to all my questions, offered wonderful suggestions, and made sure everything went smoothly. Located inside the brewery, Terra brings in a more comfortable and cool atmosphere with a simple menu, good cocktails and great food at a reasonable price. “I'm from Northeast Ohio and live roughly 25 miles away from WRD. Here's my confession... I'm kinda an experienced bourbon snob but have never visited WRD. I'm writing this very positive review because for awhile I've enjoyed WRD's bourbons (particularly their single barrel), as well as their tequilas. For me, WRD single barrel bourbon, sipped as neat is a pleasure; it carries a smooth / calm profile with just a touch of burn at the end. I'll stack it against any Kentucky bourbon with the same age profile. I also think that it being double distilled makes a difference in taste, and having it sourced with organic ingredients is a great plus. Can't wait to make a pilgrimage to WMD and hopefully get a chance to meet the owners.“
