I asked for something prepared a little differently due to an illness and the chef came out to chat with us to make sure! The way he prepared it was perfect! “First and foremost, let's talk about the service. Phenomenal!! Rachel was so attentive, friendly, engaging, and very helpful. Considering she was the bartender and my family and I were on the patio, watching a Browns game, she was busy. We never felt neglected. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was hot and fresh. This was my first time at Kelly's. I'm the one who chose it for our family event, and I'm glad I did. We will be back! I highly recommend Kelly's. It's roomy, clean, family friendly, great parking, and easy to find.“

“Had a nice meal this evening. Rocco, the new chef, is an excellent addition to the Stone Mad team. BBQ chicken was excellent, My wife enjoyed her vegan burger. The chicken paprikash with pretzel appetizer was a pleasant surprise (I'm very picky about chicken paprikash) Almost licked the bowl finishing the apple cobbler dessert. Our server, Bobbi, was extremely helpful in every way imaginable We will be going back with friends next time“

“Extremely disappointed. I used UberEats to have my selection delivered to me. I had my heart set on and was looking forward to trying the food (especially the eggs, bacon and has browns).The order went from being prepared to locating a driver, to a driver picking it up and then cancelled. It is a good thing I could quickly fix something to eat. Still pretty disappointed, I didn't get a chance to try the food.Edit :I gave them another try. This experience was much much better. No issues with ordering or delivery(The driver did not cancel unlike last time) and the food was delicious.Thank you also for responding. I'm glad to change the rating to 5 stars. Thank you.“

“Friendly staff- extremely lovely people work there. Been attending this pub on and off for many years whenever I'm in town and I am never disappointed. Nice, low-key, laid-back atmosphere (in a GOOD way), digital jukebox (us lazy tipsy people can play songs right from our phones if we so wish- plus, who carries cash anymore?), decent variety of beers on tap and did I say the staff rules? They're great. It's my go-to spot whenever I'm in town.“

“We spent some time at The Christmas Story House, Gift Shop and museum. The Rowley Inn is right on the same corner and was AMAZING! We went to get a seat oround 3:45pm and they got a table of 7 right in for us! Food, price and staff was so great! Will definitely come back!!!“

“Bookhouse is an absolute gem. Amazing beers in a variety of interesting styles, friendly & attentive bartenders, and a nice relaxing environment. You'll feel welcome no matter who you are. Ask the bartenders about the history of the building if you're a history buff, it's extremely cool and unique. If you're like me and enjoy going out for a beer, but want to be somewhere you can have a conversation without sports or other TV blaring at you, this is the place to be!“

“From the solid beer selection to the incredible food, our experience exceeded expectations. We went to watch a Cavs game on a Saturday afternoon and this was one of the only places we could find that had the audio on, moreover they had multiple screens to view. At its core is a tried and true soccer pub but it also caters to Cleveland sports. As a bonus, it has the vibe of a medieval castle with incredible customer service. As someone who works for the industry, I can confidently say we had two of the friendliest bartenders I've ever met. If you are looking for a spot to watch a game this is your place. Highly recommend the wings and shepherd's pie and 11/10 will return to try their mac & cheese. Cheers!“

“I had my retirement party at the 3 Spot last Saturday, and they could not have been more accommodating! We've known for a long time that the staff is exceptional and friendly, but we're super impressed now with everyone there! I don't want to leave anyone out, but we remember Dave, Karen, P.J., Ryan, Thomas, Corbin, and our server for the evening, Lisa. She was wonderful-keeping an eye on the group in case someone needed anything. She is fast, friendly, and efficient! The side room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated with a Christmas tree in the corner. And last, but not least, the food is AWESOME! I was glad to have leftovers so we could share, and also enjoy the day after. We had the pizza, BBQ meatballs, Buffalo Chicken dip, pretzel bites, and a really nice looking veggie tray. “Food wasn't bad, the desserts were lacking.. but I am posting a review in regards to the service. Assuming she was a manager- but she was snarky and rude. Granted I messed up my reservation by adding one 12 year old child to it, her attitude ruined the experience before I could enjoy the ambience. Whenever I make reservations, I never include the 1 year old as a seated dinner- instead I add a comment in the notes. This "manager" said to me "well yea he is a person" in a very unprofessional manner. Then when we got the bill, my 12 yr old son was charged as an adult and she gave me a look when I asked to adjust it. Clearly she doesn't know what 7th graders these days looked like. I would have rather showed proof than deal with her reaction.“

It being a trucker bar can be kinda hit and miss with the people. I’ve had great conversations and times with people here, and sometimes it makes you wish these guys would just stay in the truck, and keep the clowning to 19.But hey! Such is life. Get the prime rib if you can! It sells fast!“

“We went for Happy Hour, yesterday on a Friday. We were seated immediately and our server was extremely nice. The appetizers came staggered and we ordered six plus mocktails. I forgot to take a picture of the pizza! Everything was pretty good. This wasn’t our first time dining here but it was the first time coming for happy hour and we will be back. The value was definitely worth it.“

“LAST DAY IN HINCKLEY. Sorry we waited so long to try it out. Let's start with lunch Kielbasa and pierogi WONDERFUL!
Sweet pea salad Delicious added grilled chicken (char grilled) also delicious. Prices were pretty consistent with food quality.
We sat on the enclosed porch nice seating area. not sure it was a porch but weather permitting the windows would have opened for an Al Fresco atmosphere
Ordered a pizza for later,,,BEST I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!!

“I don’t go out to bars much these days but decided to stick my head in on St. Paddy’s as I’ve driven by a bunch. Looks so low key and not at all obnoxious from the outside - no advertisements for various alcohol, just a good old Christmas Story lamp in the window. Inside, it’s a warm and friendly neighborhood pub that made me feel welcome. Full of Irish cheer on the big day, but I’m sure there is some of that year round. Prices for a pint were fair maybe even in the lower side. Some places regulars don’t really like new people coming in or are cool or suspicious towards them. Not here at all. I barely drink anymore but if I was going to have a goto neighborhood pub this would be it.“
