“The employee greeted me with great enthusiasm! I got to the window after placing my order and he answered all my extra questions and was more than happy to add another item for me! The cooks attitudes were amazing and they were not upset that I waited until I got to window to add another item. I used to work at a drive thru and it’s ROUGH! Customers are not always right and they’re draining on workers mental health. But those men were so accommodating! I’ve had a previous bad experience with old food being put back in fryer at this location months ago… but this new staff is top tier! The food was good! And we all know that it’s not fun paying for bad food. I hope these men get recognized for the great work ethic. Date of service: 5/6/25. Time was around 11 a.m.“
“Marco was outstanding. Came in and needed a large order for my family last minute of 5 large fries and 25 chicken tenders. Marco took the time to make fresh batches for us to make sure I had fresh chicken and fries for my family. Also made sure we had plenty of side sauces so everyone was happy. Waiting the extra few minutes was totally worth it and this is true customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location going forward. Great experience.“
