KFC in Cincinnati

“As the go-to guy for my work, everybody loves KFC at least once a week. And I must say I met the most professional courteous employee of KFC. I didn't catch his name unfortunately. But the food is delicious. The restaurant is clean and I got my food in a timely manner“

“They save the day because I didn't have to fry my own chicken for a family gathering and they were open on a Holiday. True, real soldiers. People always thank military people. But I wanna thank the KFC crew for their obligated service.🫡“

“I dined in with my 2 boys and our nanny for my son’s 8th birthday. KFC was his #1 choice for his birthday lunch! The 3 of them arrived a little before me and ordered, and when I arrived they were happily getting their drinks. A woman who appeared to be a manager took my order and was super friendly and gave me a tip to save a little money with their Tuesday special. When I told her it was my son’s birthday, she made sure to include a chocolate Bundt cake with his lunch. The restaurant was clean and food was great. We order Sunday chicken take out a few times/year from here but I’ve never dined in. This manager really made our experience a really positive one and you could tell she had a lot of pride in her restaurant. We will be back!!!“

“Had a promo from Tmobile I was using. I had a hard time figuring out how to use it. The employee was very helpful and walked me through how to redeem it. It's rare nowadays for anyone to give assistance at a fast food restaurant as they're always in a hurry. I greatly appreciate this person taking the time to help me. I didn't get her name, but if this particular location sees this, I hope you praise her for going above and beyond.“

“The food was good I purchased 2 5 dollar meals I gave them a 3 for service because I had to ask for condiments n the server was acting like I was asking for her products n seem to me like she really didn't want to share the merchandise n I'm a paying customer I went inside to purchase my food but it was a take out.“
