The service at this location is excellent. They seem to be a bit understaffed bc they are always slammed but even with how busy they are, they never give a bad attitude. They are always kind and work as quickly as they can and even when it doesn’t take too long they are apologetic and gracious. Food is always hot and delicious as well but I come back for the service quality.
I was excited to be able to stop to get kfc for dinner. I ordered, waited, and drove home smelling chicken.( yum) Service was pretty quick.When I got home and opened the bucket to make plates, the chicken was way overcooked. Dry and chewy. And I ordered all dark meat. I'm hoping to speak to Mgr and ask if this is new normal.

It's a good KFC but they're very short on help. I guess people don't have to work anymore.But cut em some slack...the people that do come to work here are doing they're best.P.S. To KFC.....I'll never order from your kiosk.
