My recent experience at the Mason Skyline location left me really disappointed with how they’re handling the so‑called “penny shortage policy.” My total was $13.28, and I paid with a $20. When giving my change, the employee told me I would be shorted because “this is normal practice” and pointed to a sign on the building.
I asked how much extra profit this Skyline has collected by not giving customers their full change, and no one could answer. I ended up canceling...read full review
