You should warn customers about the Instacart scammers working at your store. I placed a $40 order, Instacart scammer was able to charge $140 worth of items. As if that isn’t enough, now the charge for $140 has went through. PLUS I still have $104 authorization hold. So now I’m out $250 for a $40 order.

I called Kroger to remove the auto hold, they have no record. Instacart also has no record. Absolute nightmare

Pharmacy is a joke. Drive through line closed. Pharmacist & Pharmacy Tech’s will not answer phones. Do not accept walk up prescription. One line only which literally went through the store & into parking lot. Can’t transfer prescriptions because Pharmacist doesn’t answer phones. Wait times are HOURS!!!!!! Called District Office & they tried calling no answer. Said they would write up & give to management. Dirty, never stocked. Don’t waste your time or money’

Shame on you for turning your back on the Dayton Ohio tornado victims. I’m so happy you feel confident that you will never need a donation. Oh wait...you have to go online and fill out a request and wait to be contacted. You can wait to brush your teeth or bathe or anything else you needed right? 😡
