“Always have a good selection but thos particular time we went, the food was Very dry and orange chicken was mushy. They have more veggies than meat in the entrees that include veggies. Portion size is getting smaller as the price increases. My family goes here alot. Overall their food us great!“

“always have supported paneria but this morning not so much...had a mgr wait on my husband...she got our order wrong. .as for 4 sandwiches n only got 3 but were only charged for 3...didn't ask if needed condiments for the coffee....when paying was told not to enter a tip...hubby ask why n was told he doesn't get one...hubby ask about other workers. was told just enter 0 for tip...that's not a mgr I would work for.. dont know if will go back.“

“Food is tasty, it’s hard to find a good restaurant with quality food. My only complaint is the fortune cookies, they used to have normal fun fortunes in them. Now it’s like all ads. I don’t want to open a cookie to be asked to scan a qr code to download an app. It’s ridiculous. I get enough of that on my phone, I don’t need it coming from my food. Although I applaud the effort of these marketing guys looking for new ways…THIS IS NOT THE FUTURE I assure you. Anywho. Give China house a try, I can honestly say they’ve got good food.“

“The food and service was amazing! Karen S. was my server and the level of service she gave was unmatched. She went above and beyond!!! I was having a really bad day. On top of that I had a hot flash and she brought me some cold napkins!!! I hope corporate reaches out to her and acknowledges her. She made me and my friends experience so great we had to get the manager. Someone like her needs to train servers at different locations. By far my best Olive Garden experience and I've been to many. The food was great and so were the portions 10/10. I'll definitely be back and I hope to see her.“
