“I have always loved E+O but their costumer service these past few days have been top notch. I made an error when getting an online gift card and Kayla immediately hopped in and solved this issue quickly. I love the food and love the atmosphere!“

“The food was excellent and the service was even better. We went on march 30 for dinner and our server (mustache, brown hair) was awesome. He was funny, attentive and helpful. He recommended the peanut butter burger and it was a hit ! My son was obsessed with the queso & they had no problem leaving the jalapeños off. We love to sit outside so that we can see the river and enjoy the weather.“

“I just got some carry out ramen with GF noodles. It was so frikkin good. Tons of flavor. If you are on a low-sodium diet I would not recommend it, but GOSH DARNIT it's really good. I had Char Sui Miso Ramen with pork and added beef. I'll definitey be back.“

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant. Everything is gluten free, and if it’s not fresh, I don’t know the difference. I love the texture of the noodles, and the variety of hot/cold add-ins. The salmon is my favorite protein, but I’ve had them all and none have been disappointing. It’s also one of the few places that I will pay for a drink, because of all of the lemonade and tea options. They even have a fountain selection for plain soda water, so you can mix up all sorts of concoctions.
Seating is tight during peak times, especially when it’s too cold for the outside dining area.
And don’t forget your complimentary cup of miso soup!“

“Finding parking was pretty difficult since there’s only a small parking lot next to the restaurant for around 5-7 cars? We ended up having to go park a few minutes away in a neighborhood. While we did have to wait a bit for our food to come out, it was very delicious! My mom and I ordered some of the fried sushi rolls, since those are our favorite, and it was very tasty. The tofu appetizer was very hot when we received it, but also very good!“

“My favorite restaurant in Mason, and maybe ever. The food is surprisingly cheap for how big the portion sizes are, and how crazy delicious it is. The pickled pepper rice noodle soup is my absolute favorite. The service is always great, and the interior is beautifully decorated. Seriously a must try spot.“

“Driving through eastern Cincy, we saw the reviews and stopped in for dinner. The inside is small and simple, but the staff were so very pleasant and we had some of the best Asian food we've ever had. The cup of egg drop soup is generous, more like a bowl, and was very tasty. The veggies in the rice dishes were fresh and perfectly cooked - crisp and not overdone. It was a constant stream of people picking up take-out orders while we ate; seems they were filling these orders in 10-15 minutes. And best of all, the prices are very reasonable. Great experience, will come back.“

“Grand Oriental Chinese Restaurant— BaldWhiteGuyReviews 🧑🦲🍜 Time flies, kids forget passports, and dads get a rare day off — which I immediately spent doing what any responsible parent would do: drag my son to a new restaurant and then reward him with lunch. 😅 He forgot his passport (top secret co-op stuff, apparently), so we met halfway-ish and let Yelp play help find a new place to try. That’s how we found Grand Oriental — a big, festive palace of American-Chinese comfort food and decorative bravado Grand Oriental 📍4800 Fields Ertel Rd, Cincinnati. Parking & Entrance Parking: angled, on a slight hill, and perfect for anyone who enjoys a little cardio while exiting their car. If you have equilibrium issues, bring a friend or a very dramatic cane. Walk the red carpet like you’re famous (or at least like you once were #Santa in the Christmas Program) and step into a dining room that screams “special occasion” louder than your drunk uncle at a wedding. 🎉✨ #WeSeeYou Decorations Huge space, lots of lanterns, and more faux-oriental flair than a Netflix period drama on a budget. The place looks like someone told Pinterest to go wild and then hired a very enthusiastic intern to execute it. If prom and homecoming had a love child, this would be the reception venue. Very Instagrammable — bring a filter and a dramatic pose. 📸🪩 They even have a golden throne #Seriously. The Wet Live Well They’ve got a big wet live well — yes, an actual aquarium of potential dinner guests. Do I think they fish out a crab and whisper “you’re up” before tossing him into a wok? Some call it fresh; others call it barbaric reality TV for crustaceans. Either way, the seafood looks like it just finished updating its LinkedIn. 🦀🐟😬 #FearFactor Bathroom Report Bathroom: shockingly clean and tastefully decorated. If the restroom is this tidy, you know the kitchen isn’t hiding any skeletons — just maybe a very well-behaved crab. 🚽✨ What We Ate 🍜 * Appetizer: Crab Rangoon — $6.99 Warm, creamy, and dangerously addictive. Came with two mystery sauces: one was sweet (dessert-adjacent and delightful), the other had a wasabi vibe that made my face do a small, respectful salute. I’m still not sure if the second sauce was wasabi or a tiny jar of regret, but it worked. 😋🔥 It was a surprise, no mention of sauces on the menu. (That I could find anyway). * Half-ling’s Meal: Sweet & Sour Chicken with Fried Rice — $11.99 Predictable in the best way. Comfort food for people who like their food to behave itself. The fried rice, however, was quietly excellent — the unsung hero of the table. 🍚👍 * My Choice: Hunan Beef with Fried Rice — $12.99 Hunan Beef is my yardstick. This one had a pleasant kick that made my nose run like it had opinions. Local Hunan still wins my heart #DragonInn, but this one is a solid contender. 🥩🌶️ Total Lunch Damage: $34.46 (waters included, because hydration is free and important) 💸 Final Thoughts (and the part where I pretend to be impartial) The Grand Oriental is a great spot for a special lunch or to impress guests who like their ambiance with a side of theatrical lighting. Staff were friendly and fast — service points for speed and smiles. Food was solid, comforting, and exactly what you expect from a good American-Chinese joint: familiar, warm, and occasionally surprising (looking at you, mystery sauce). #HotHot Final Score: 3 out of 5 Bald Heads 🧑🦲🧑🦲🧑🦲 Why I docked two Bald Heads: * Minus one for predictably (Boring) American-Chinese flavors — tasty, but not revolutionary. * Minus one for price — lunch felt a tad steep. Maybe you’re paying extra for the live well’s real estate and the decorative chandelier that’s clearly on a #FingerHut payment plan. 🧾💡#CheapOldMan Would I go back? Sure — for a special night, a prom afterparty, or if my son forgets something else important. Would I drive across town just for their Hunan? Not this time. 👎 Have you been here? “Stopped for lunch last Thursday. Restaurant was only half full so we assumed we would have a quick meal and move on. Didn't happen. The kitchen must be short handed as it took forever for our food to arrive. Our waitress must have been new as we both ordered one of the lunch specials. She brought my wife's appetizer but didn't bring my soup. I assumed she was going back to get it. Didn't see her again until she brought out both of our entrees. She asked it she could get anything else. I mentioned she never brought my soup appetizer. She apologized and went back to get it. I was half way through my entree before the soup ever arrived. How long does it take to ladle a cup of soup? No one ever came back to ask if I wanted a second glass of wine. Service at lunch isn't what it used to be, although the food was still as good as always.“

“Ordered takeout several times with my family, we get the sushi platter and some fried rice usually. Very good port portion sizes For the price that we pay and the food quality has been very good every time. Definitely our new favorite place to get sushi from. They have man roll options available individually or as the platter, with a good variety for people who like different levels of complexity in their rolls.“

“We loved our dinner at Teak! The service was great and the sushi was delicious as always - they have good classic rolls and fun specialty rolls. We also tried different drinks tonight including some of their cocktails and their Thai tea. The Thai tea was perfectly sweetened with lots of flavor - so refreshing. Our favorite from the night was the flamingo roll (sushi) with spicy scallops and jalapeños on top. We will continue to come back to try more dishes. Teak is a new staple for us in downtown Loveland!“

“I recently ordered from Hibachi Express and the food was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the portion size was really generous for the price. Every bite had great flavor, and the meal felt fresh and satisfying.
If you’re looking for tasty hibachi with good quantity and quality, this place is definitely worth it. I’ll be ordering again!“

“Sea Bass seemed to have been frozen, watery with no flavor, service poor, (attutude) and we were 2 of 10 folks there. Pot stickers were very good, however presentation was sloppy and server kept forgetting our requests. Doubtful we will return. So disappointing as we used to love dining there. * Restrooms were dirty and dark... ?♀️“

“Once I walked in thr restaurant it already felt very authentic. The aroma of food smelt wonderful, I was practically drooling over the smell. The atmosphere felt very peaceful, it was loud, but quite, it was just the right amount a noise. The service was wonderful! Once a stepped in the restaurants I was immediately sat down at a table! They also had tons of seating areas! The staff were also kind to my little one! 😊 The miso soup tasted like a burst of rainbows exploding in my mouth. Most of their food choices were big enough for a whole family to share. 😊 Their sushi tasted phenomenal 😍! I loved how they had so many choices for almost everything. My son loved the egg drop soup! (He's a big fan of that soup!) I was really surprised that they had salads here! The Wild Ginger Fried Rice was so tasty, honestly when I read the description it just sounded okay, but when I had it, it just tasted so good there's no way to describe the amount of flavor I tasted. My husband got the Traditional Fried Rice, which was prepared beautifully. 😍 Overall l, this place is a solid 5 👍.“
