“This post is not about the food (Although, it was great, as always - Especially the potato soup!)! Instead, we would like to compliment you on one of your managers, Dan (Xenia). From afar today we witnessed an irate customer storming out of the restaurant, and Dan unknowingly, just simply said something to the effect of have a good day. The gentleman turned around and was cussing with his finger in Dan‘s face - just totally inappropriate. Being in the customer service field for several years, as a supervisor or manager, you always want to try to fix the problem, but there are times, as today, the best thing you can do is let the situation diffuse. As angry as he was, the situation could have become dangerous. As the man ranted and raved, Dan remained calm, cool, and collected! We are thankful for his wisdom in understanding how to handle a difficult situation! Thank you again to Dan and his wonderful bosses who knew who to put in charge! “Tonight we had a party of 17, Randolph took amazing care of us. He did absolutely amazing at keeping things in order, drinks filled, kept the table cleared away as we ate. All our food was delicious Randolph has a great friendly personality which made our experience even better, best service I've had in a long time, especially for having a large crowd.
