“Alexandria brewing company is a great spot ! which has plenty of tables and a large tv projected to catch the best games. Their bartenders are friendly and welcoming. Their beer is top notch, and they have a guest tap too which keeps it fresh as well. Looking forward to bringing our dog next time and sitting outside.

Also Bender's Pub Grub inside the brewery is SO good - this is way better than your usual bar food.

Highly recommend to anyone - we drive from 30 mins away for their beer & food! Excited for their new location in West Chester.“

“I’ve been coming to Empress Chili in Alexandria for quite some time, and the food is always excellent. But one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Dee at the drive-thru.

Dee is truly a wonderful person. She always has a smile, a great attitude, and a way of making you feel genuinely welcome. No matter what kind of day I’m having, seeing Dee and talking with her for those few moments at the drive-thru always seems to brighten my day. That kind of friendliness and kindness is something you just don’t find everywhere anymore.

The food at Empress is great, but exceptional employees are what really make a place special—and Dee is absolutely one of those people. She is a tremendous asset to Empress Chili and, quite honestly, one of the main reasons I continue to come back.

I’m writing this review now to say GO TO ICHIBAN, this place has really stepped its game up beyond a 3.6 star review. The food is always good (be considerate of what time you go, it’s a buffet, normal meal times it’s always sooooo good!!), the owner is so kind and friendly and she provides a great service!! It’s a buffet but she still runs around to ask customers what’s missing and if it’s not out there she will make it to order! While leaving the airport I Googled restaurants close by . There were several to choose from however, we decided on Pig Candy BBQ this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was amazing ( we had the special which was the brisket sandwich) this sandwich was very tender and full of flavor. If you are just traveling through or a local or feel up to a drive this is definitely worth your time .The staff knows what customer service means . All around Great food and service. “Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “We were the only customers for an early lunch. We were hoping for buffet but learned it is only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Service was perfect! We had Chicken Makhani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, and Naan. Portions were generous and it was all delicious, spiced perfectly. We brought every uneaten morsel home! We will definitely return.“

The tacos were the best if not the best birria tacos I’ve had! The street corn was really good, I think my personal preference would have been a little more of the sauce on the outside of the cob. No complaints about the strawberry churro with chocolate dipping sauce! Got a birria ramen for the road and it was pretty good, I feel like it would have been better with some shredded cheese in it and I’m unsure if there was supposed to be some that came in it but mine did not. The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. “What a lovely little family ran business. The prices are very reasonable, and all the food is fresh made, the tempura shrimp & vegetables had the best crispy light batter, not frozen premade stuff from Cisco! We just popped in for a light meal, it was just what the doctor ordered.
Excellent dumplings and brother, really nice and light ginger dressing on the salad. We will be back again for sure...to try other menu items, many choices!! And fresh made Sushi. Sushi bar up front as well

“The chicken is the best in Kentucky. The green beans were country style and awesome. Then the mashed potatoes with bacon and pepper gravy was awesome also. I definitely recommend this place.
