“I really enjoyed the 3 beers I had (marzen, berliner weisse, hefeweizen), and the bartender was friendly and attentive. Also great to have a quality food business in the taproom serving both apps and meals. Would be even better if I could have ordered my food via the bartender instead of leaving the bar.“

“If you are in the mood for BBQ of any kind, do not pass Pig Candy BBQ by. In fact, you should go out of your way to go to Pig Candy BBQ. (we went to the Kellogg Ave location) It was EXCELLENT. We had the Potato Bomb which is a huge baked potato with your choice of meat on it. I had the brisket on it. The brisket was so tender and so tasty. The sides of chili, cheddar grits and cole slaw were just as good. My wife had the BBQ meat quesadilla and of course EXCELLENT. Dominick took our order and was so pleasant and patient. He gave us all the info we needed about each dish as we took our time looking at the huge menu on the wall. Then when we were eating, he came by not once, not twice but 3 times to see how we were doing. When Patrick brought our food out, it was with a smile. Seating was comfortable with padded chairs inside (some). They have an outside porch area but a bit to chilly and rainy to go out there. BTW...my friend who needs to eat gluten-free was ecstatic about this new place he could go to.“

“Charming old world home with Sicilian brick oven! The team was wonderful and very friendly. I travel frequently and always seek out small brick oven pizza's to try. I am excited to say that this is now my new favorite! The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the crust is outstanding! It is an easy walk from Newport Aquarium, which means I will be going again and again. The cannoli pie is a great way to finish up the meal and will not disappoint. The owners were there and engaging and so welcoming!“

“Loved our dining experience at Bouqet. Our server Ella was great! We tried the focaccia bread (delicious) and the cheese plate to start. Loved the pickled options. We also tried the steak, meatballs, and salmon. All were so good. The only reason I didn't give full 5 stars due to the noise level from a neighboring table. They were even nice enough to provide a complimentary dessert to apologize for the table's rowdiness. Would definitely recommend and return!“

“For a place that is clearly listed as a bar it has incredible food. It's a cool neighborhood bar that seems to have plenty of locals I went there with a few friends to try the food and I must say the Pork Schnitzel Sandwich and the Giant Pretzel with Beer Cheese were incredible. If you are looking for a fun hangout with a cool outdoor area and good food it's worth a visit. One note is the place is small so it can get pretty cramped in the small indoor space they have.“

“This was the place of choice for our monthly family dinner night. Plenty of parking, we were seated right away. The place is clean, service was fast. I wouldn't say I fell in love with my meal but I will say that has probably everything to do with me and not with the restaurant. I'm positive this is very authentic, regional cooking; it just wasn't my particular taste. (Although I will say it was EXCELLENT heated up for lunch the next day, lol) The portions are great! The only reason I didn't give it a 5th star is for the price. Just a little too high; especially in this area.“

“This place is so much fun. We stopped here since we saw some igloos on the sidewalk and inquired inside. Unfortunately you need to book those in advance so we just grabbed a spot at the bar. The waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu and getting us our flight of drinks very quickly. We also ordered the loaded potato dip and it was delicious! Had to try the "chili" for chili week and it was a delicious bowl of ice cream with rice crispys. Overall 5/5 stars, when we are back in the Cincinnati area we will stop by.“

“This is a gem located in the heart of Fort Thomas. It's a coffee cafe and serve alcohol. WOW. They have yummy pastries cookies and sandwiches for lunch. They have alcohol coffee drinks for an after dinner treat. Lots of seating and outdoor space and they have a playroom for kids. There is something for everyone“

“O'Bryons is the epitome neighborhood bar and restaurant in Newport. Service is courteous, friendly and timely. The bartender is very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Food is above average while being prepared well and fresh. The chicken wrap and chicken wings were tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Parking is a bit of a challenge with it all being street parking. Overall a good experience and worth trying out.“

“I never have a bad experience coming here. The coffee is one of a kind in cincinnati and the vibe is super chill and relaxing. I love coming here to get the banana nut bread latte while doing some homework in one of the booths! I wish they would add more food/bakery items every time I come on they are almost fully gone but that’s the only downside I still love this place!“

They have plenty of green space (which is dog-friendly as long as fido doesn't potty), food vendors, various seating spaces, large televisions, curling, other games, photo opportunities, and more. If being outdoor isn't your vibe, they have a covered heated section (where the walls can come down in the summer) as well as in actual in-door bar where we got some delicious gingerbread old fashioneds. I can only imagine how fun this place is when its packed (and warmer). Our service was great - which sound be expected as the only ones there lol but he was nice, friendly, and made a great drink.“

“This was the perfect spot to grab a tasty treat after dinner. My friends and I arrived around 9:30 and they were still pretty busy. The 2 people taking orders were helpful and pleasant. Even suggesting what their favorites were. All 3 people in my group got the same thing. A kinder sized vanilla cone dipped in a cherry shell. It hit the spot and was the perfect amount of ice cream to satisfy a craving. They have a great outdoor space with plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy the night and people watch in Mainstrasse village. Will be coming back soon to try more flavors.“

The drink prices are responsible and shots are delicious. I always have a good time when I'm here and make it a point to stop in when I'm traveling to Newport.“

“A dive bar type of place with a cozy basic atmosphere. Drinks are cheap for a downtown bar in Covington KY. Service is attentive and friendly. Food is not served but several restaurants are nearby or one can bring food into the bar. Happy hour is unparalleled for it seems to cover all types of drinks. This is not the usual for places that have happy hour. Seating is ample plus space exists to stand.“
