There are a lot of places that go all-in on ipas, but this place has something for everyone. The staff is friendly and my glass was never empty for longer than it took me to decide my next beer. “Came here with a friend who frequents this place and I'm pretty impressed. We lined up on Easter at opening and they already had a line out the door, even in the light drizzle. The line stayed that way over the next hour that we hung out there. They do sell out of items so it's best to get there as early as you can! I'm more of a sweet tooth when it comes to baked goods, but the everything bagel croissant is a must-have here. The staff heat it before serving, and it's truly the best of both worlds - the butteriness and flakiness of a croissant, with the garlic scallion seasme flavors of an everything bagel. The raspberry almond croissant is also delicious, a good balance of tart and nutty. The salty chocolate chip cookie was also good - large chocolate chunks throughout. The vegan matcha brownie was an adventurous pick; I'm usually iffy about vegan baked goods, and this one had a texture closer to a fudge than to a brownie. I liked the chocolate and mint combo but couldn't get a hint of matcha. Similarly, the raspberry matcha doodle had plenty of raspberry but 0 matcha. Overall, the limited edition matcha flavored items fell flat, but the goods off the regular menu were great and reasonably priced. The space itself is bright, large enough to seat a few small groups, and nice to hang out in. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Check this place out and stick to their bestsellers, and you'll be in carb heaven.“

“I have visited nearly every coffee shop in NKY, there are few that I literally think about weekly wishing I lived closer to visit more often. Unataza is top of that list. Their atmosphere is warm and inviting from the decor to the employees there was never a moment I didn't feel welcome. They serve Honduran coffee that is rich and blends beautifully with their homemade syrups and flavors. They rotate flavors with the season but majority are house made and festive. Their espresso drinks I could order by the dozen and I'd still want more, they're that good. They also serve authentic Honduran food from breakfast to lunch, they're a great compliment to a sweet drink. I adore this place and wish I lived closer to visit more but each visit here is such a treat.“

“It was busy, but understandably. Parking is always horrid at the location I visited. The food was good! I think for $13 the crown jewel could have a bit more lobster. My vegetarian street tacos were incredibly greasy/oily but overall a good flavor.Vegetarian options: There are two or three decent vegetarian selections aside from a cheese taco or Quesadilla. There are a few options but not many. I do know, as a vegetarian, I hate finding meat in my veggie taco from not cleaning the grill or something of that sort. I have not found this to be the case here. That is well respected.Parking: There is paid parking all around location using meters. There’s also a couple parking garages that many use due to not being able to find parking. We ended up parking in front of the district and walked about 4 blocks to grab our take out and go. It wasn’t a bad walk, just more chilly than desired.Kid-friendliness: There was nothing I noticed that wouldn’t be kid friendly. There were kids right outside waiting and playing as soon of the street was closed for outdoor dining.“

“First of all - this place is awesome! Located in Madisonville on Madison road. I didn't know that walnuts and spaghetti went together, but after ordering the dish I am convinced this is the way. The spaghetti was made of veggies, and it was very much a fresh dish. I also ordered an Oreo cupcake that I enjoyed. The wait was about 20 mins but the food was fresh. Certainly one of my favorite burgers in the city for the simplicity and how easy it is to handle. Although I would have preferred more fries on the plate, those crisp, savory yuca fries were to die for. And like I mentioned before, there’s only so many restaurants I can find a caipirinha so I will certainly be coming back! First on a Saturday night which was busy; all the outdoor tables and the entire bar were full, we luckily were able to grab one of the couches to sit on. This visit I opted for the Non-Alcoholic Wine which was very good and tasted just like real Riesling! My friends all got classic Liberty Mules - some Moscow and some Kentucky - as well as some wine - it is so amazing this place has so many options for everyone! I came back again on a Thursday after work when they had just opened and was able to secure a spot at the bar - this time I opted for the espresso martini and WOW was it delicious! It quickly started to fill up as we were there so we were happy we had our seats secured early. Both of these times I had the same bartender who was so friendly, attentive and helped answer all our questions on the menu. She was super flexible in our ordering and always made sure our water cups were full which was greatly appreciated!
