“We eat at Blue Ash Chili frequently. I always order something different off the wide menu and have never had a meal that wasn’t delicious! Friendly servers and fast service. They are so kind to my messy grandchildren! Sit at the bar and watch the cooks create the plates! Today was our anniversary and we treated ourselves to a massive peanut butter milk shake! “If you are staying at the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash, then give the hotel restaurant a try. The waitresses and bartenders are extremely nice and helpful. Good size menu for a hotel restaurant. Prices are even better compared to chain restaurants. Water and sodas are complimentary. Food quality is great. Above my expectations completely. Anytime I go to Cincinnati, I will be staying and eating at that hotel.“

Cooked and built to order, and comes out FAST, my favorite is the steak and shrimp hibachi burrito with garlic parm sauce. Portions are large with more than enough, and the staff is always friendly! “Had an issue with an online delivery order (ordered from the Panera Website with delivery service through Door Dash) and upon driving to the store when my order was never delivered they made it right by not only remaking my order but also offered a free drink and another free food item. “We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. “We decided to make a reservation about 4 hours before just for a date night with my husband. Food was amazing as always. Tentative waitstaff and what I loved most was that we were not rushed. This only unfortunate part was we were too full after bread, drinks, wine, lobster bisque and steak with yummy sides to have dessert. LOL“

While we went at noon, the music and decor were as relaxing as an evening or even late- night event. Our server Simeon was professional and committed to make our meal a memorable one. At our request, he described different dishes, telling us what he recommended and what to expect. He was attentive without hovering. The food was as outstanding as was the service. While the shrimp toast appetizer, Wong's chicken, and Clay pot were delicious, beautifully prepared, we were overwhelmed by the presentation, taste, and experience of the coconut bread pudding with rum sauce. “I was in town and Agave & Rye was recommended to me. I stopped in on 9/10/22 talked with Emma the hostess and explained I was having a few friends to stop by not sure how many between five and ten. She accommodated me at the high rise table back by the windows which was perfect for my nine guest. Sarah was our excellent server, she continually checked in on us even thou I saw her working outside as well. Our drinks were awesome and our food was really good. Next time I am in town I will definitely return here.“

“Curry udon is one of my favorite Japanese food. I keep trying to find it in restaurants around Cincinnati. Here has the one close enough to original curry udon. Other restaurants just only light curry look like soup more than curry. I’ll go back and try more menu.“

“The BEST veggie burger i have ever had in my entire life. I’m an outsider and am here in Cinci visiting family. I was a little weary coming to a beef joint as I can’t eat red meat due to chemotherapy. (Ironic, I know). The owners went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that they were able to segregate my burger from the red meat and clean the grill to the best of their ability. I did not have a reaction other than “when can I come back!”. The house made ranch and ketchup were so tasty, I’d almost be willing to sneak it on the plane to come home with me. I 10/10 recommend this place.“

I love reading these reviews that complain about how expensive it is, yet they sell out within the hour on many items on the weekend. We come into town from DC to visit family and this is one spot I never miss. The pain au chocolat is fantastic and all the other wildly creative concoctions are a great way to experience different flavors with traditional pastry styles. Best bakery I've ever been to and I don't even like pastries and this kind of thing in the morning. I like bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. I'll obviously leave the complaint about parking to the city, not the bakery.“

“I’ve been coming here for a couple years. It is a gem of a place. You cannot find better food for this price downtown or anywhere else in general. Every member of the team there is very friendly and has nailed customer service. Today I was inspired to write this review because I saw the chef making some French toast. He was treating the motions with so much care, attention, and grace, it was like watching an artist at work. It is clear the people here take pride in their work, and you can taste it. “Mia was excellent. Great service and food. We had reservations on a Sunday at 1130. When we arrived, the restaurant was basically empty. We were seated - four adults looking to enjoy each other's company. Approximately 15 minutes after we sat down, the hostess sat a large party that included 5 toddlers. The noise level went through the ceiling. the entire restaurant was empty - or nearly so. What inspired the staff to sit this noisy bunch near us? We had just started eating making requesting a move very inconvenient to us.“
