this place needs to have the health department called on them. dont waste your money or time to stay at the lodge you well be disappointed. the office manager is very rude. the sheets on our bed had pee stains and marker spots all over them. the ice machine caught fire and set the fire alarm off and we ended up outside for about 30 mins in the cold. our tub slowly drained. so you couldn't do back to back shower unless you wanted to stand in dirty water. when you plus something...read full review
Let me start by saying yes they are under construction. Not just one spot in the lodge it's the entire lodge everywhere you look.
They are very short staffed but our housekeeper Cheyenne was fabulous. Our room was clean and well stocked. However they have no night shift cleaners or maintenance I'm assuming. Limited ADA areas. Pool. Lift broke. No one knew how to use it.
Low value food for high prices the resturant had limited seating ( no ramp) for wheelchairs
Could be cleaner in room/ bathroom
Overall expensive for vending and gift shop items.
