The pizza is good, but expensive. But this location really shouldn't have a drive up window. Poorly designed parking lot + SUPER SLOW window service = long lines and waiting 10+ minutes for pizza via a drive up window.
I want to compliment Ashley and the whole team at this location!!! I had a small problem with an online order and she graciously and quickly fixed it. The pizza was great but the service was AMAZING!! Especially during this busy holiday season when people can be grumps they were the polar opposite!!!
Donatos is one of my favorite pizzas but I order from them less and less. The people that work at the store here in Mount Vernon are fantastic, but apparently corporate does not want me talking to the people at the store. They want me talking to AI or somebody who I cannot understand and does not understand me.
They force me to play telephone acrobatics to be able to talk to the store.
