We waiting almost 2 hours for food. There were only 3 workers present. And other customers waiting for their food were screaming and cussing at staff.
Fine for the hot and ready basics, not so much for a special order. I heard them say the pizza was made wrong, but they never came out and told me, or offered me a partial refund or something else for the extra wait time. Ended up waiting 30 minutes. I still love the pretzel pizza, though.
Service and atmosphere are down due to absolute disrespect. We haven’t had any problems until yesterday. Ordered online only to find out hours later (when I was expecting the order) that they were in fact closed. So we called today and they said bring in the receipt and we’ll get it all fixed up and they did.
