Jackson the Manager was very helpful with an issue I had with my order. Although Panera's food and portions are WAY overpriced, I may come again because of the service received this visit.

Things were very misleading but overall everything turned out alright. I thought I ordered the bakers dozen with cream cheese. They were out of quite a few bagels first thing in the morning and I only got only tub of cream cheese when I swore it said 2 tubs. Even the employee asked if I wanted the cream cheese with it, it just felt like a weird experience. Bagels were okay.

Never been so glad to have a Panera nearby in my life. To have a fairly healthy option in this strip is a godsend. What's there to say? It's Panera, it's basic, it's solid, it's the only place to get a decent salad or bagel nearby. Folks at the drive-thru window are always nice to me.I will say the portions are too small on soups (what's going on?). And I have had some sloppy sandwiches that I kinda had to put back together before I could eat them. Pretty sure they are understaffed...read full review
