your customer service sucks. whenever we call the store it goes into a call center and then you have to hold forever for the store, if they even answer
Very disappointed in the order tonight. My bf ordered food at 7:54pm online 6/7 items and it takes almost 2 hours to make it. You ripped me off on a 62.00 order. Only took 10 dollars off. NEVER ordering again and you guys should of cut my price in HALF. Also for not having chicken Alfredo. should of got a refund. I wouldn't go to this location again.
Ordered the new Detroit style, a Tastemaker with bbq sauce, bacon onion and banana pepper, and two cookies.
The Detroit style smelled funny, like it had cinnamon on it, and the cheese was very sparse. And the bacon onion banana pepper with bbq ended up a Hawaiian (ham, onion and pineapple with marinara). At least the cookies were right.
