“I just want to take the time to thank and appreciate one of your employees that works here and the one located on Zane Street. Her name is Kayleena and she is the nicest, respectful, and most caring barista I have ever met! When I first started getting my cold brew, she would take a moment to talk to me and see how my day was going, ask me questions about my kiddos, ask me if we are excited for Christmas etc. She always stopped and talked to me. What she doesn’t know is, she always made my day. Usually I would be out taking a drive because my infant was extremely fussy and I was so stressed out and overwhelmed that it was my only moment of peace I’d get. I have 3 kids 6 and under. She was a breath of fresh air and a kind face during my worst days. I just think she should be noticed and appreciated. I’ve also seen her speak like this to all her other customers too. “For a McDonalds this is actually a really great place. The food was what was expected. The service including the general Manager went above to serve us as we stopped by. And we were able to let our son experience the play area as I was able to do as a child myself.“
