“This was our 1st time here and we stopped on the way to our son's JV football game. The staff was so friendly and the service was amazing as well! All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member. You have to try the smoked old fashioned as well! And get dessert. “The food here is so incredibly good. Got to go out and enjoy my son's birthday here tonight and they were all so sweet to him. The one waitress even helped my elderly aunt carry out food and helped my mom down the steps. Best place in the area with a great variety of food!!!”

“Extremely fast friendly Taco Bell I have family that lives in upper Sandusky we came up to meet with them for the holiday. decided to eat in with my wife/kids extremely tidy clean lobby extremely friendly employees that even brought our food out to our table. Definitely gonna grab some next time I'm up there cause our Delaware location is awful.”

“We were a bit tentative eating at this location, having had a very bad experience several years prior, but we decided to give them another chance and were not disappointed. It seemed a bit dingy upon walking in but the food was delicious, though my aunt wasn’t particularly impressed with the mashed potatoes. “8/10 only because the rice was off it tasted ok but maybe over cooked? And no utensils. luckily flying J had some so it wasn’t finger food. The orange chicken was pretty good the sauce was sweet and tangy it definitely had the perfect citrusy flavor. The wonton soup was great broth was delicious wish they had the WOR wonton soup tho. The egg roll was nice and crispy wish they gave me some kinda dipping sauce for it. Over all I’d eat from Great Dragon if I ever stay in this town again.”

“Came in, wanted to place an order to pick up in 2 hours. I thought I was being helpful by ordering ahead and giving them plenty of time to complete my order. The 2 employees appeared to be put out that I requested help. There was only one customer there besides me. They told me I would need to go online to order. I left, disappointed that there was NO customer service. I drove across town and got immediate, courteous service/assistance from that store.”

“Food hasn't always been perfect but I can forgive food not being perfect it's the staffs friendliness and the service is what I mainly care about. My favorite meal ended up being tenders and as for the chicken I'd say extra crispy although my turn too has been tender meals a lot.”

“ahh, the infamous Upper Sandusky Mcdonalds!

I have been coming to this McDonald's on Wednesday nights after church for a number of years, with our youth group. and for all of those times, the staff has always been gracious enough to put up with our antics, often letting us stay later than we should, as long as we agreed to clean up our messes (even though they have RIGHTFULLY gotten a little short with us, haha)

I have been through the remodel thay happened a couple years ago, and it seems like at the turn of the remodel, the food quality has gone down, as well as their service quality (yes I am aware this is a mcdonalds)

since they put the kiosks in, its almost impossible to get someone to come to the front to physically take your order, even when the restaurant is not busy at all. often waiting quite a few minutes. the manager (i believe she is the manager) is always so kind, as well as the rest of the staff, but it's just usually a slow process!

regardless, I will always enjoy coming here on a Wednesday with my friends! the memories we've made are so special, and the staff has been a part of it too!
