“Great addition to the downtown Sycamore Ohio. Well thought lay out and beautiful tables and fireplace. The outside chairs are very comfortable to sit at. The location is ideal be it that you can get a bite to eat here then get ice cream for dessert and then go across the street to the bowling alley. The espresso was very good and lots of creme. Was a beautiful expensive espresso machine they have. The owner was very helpful and super nice. Plenty of street parking on both sides of the street. Again the small town charm is great here. A beautiful cap of a day to go here. Scrumdiddlyumptious!.”

“Tonight at the steer barn I had the 8 oz filet, carrots, and mashed potatoes. My steak was cooked perfectly to my liking, like so good I could’ve hugged the chef! All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member. You have to try the smoked old fashioned as well! And get dessert. You’ll dance in your seat.”

“I just happen to be going through scutch today I noticed the tavern was open! So I stopped in and had a late lunch.. I have the Tavern plank burger. I believe it’s called with the mushrooms and onions and cheese, and I had chippers and a cup of the French onion soup!! it was all very delicious, but I have to tell you the soup was to die for!! it hit the spot”

“I stopped in while driving through town. It was just my youngest child and myself. We ordered a hot fudge shake, onion rings, smurf cone and a sloppy joe. Upon receiving our order I noticed my sloppy joe was not a sloppy joe at all, just plain ground beef inside a bun. I tried a small bite to see if my eyes were deceiving me. sure enough it was plain beef no seasoning or sauce. I was not happy with that so I took the sandwich back. I explained what I am used to as a sloppy joe (ground beef with a tomato base sauce). The young employee was rude without reason and when I asked to talk to the manager she came out and told me "you got what you ordered so thats what you get, we will make you a different sandwhich but at full price". I asked for a refund for at least the sandwich and was also refused that. I am writing this review so nobody else has the same treatment I did. All the other food I got was good but the sandwich was false advertised and the staff treated the situation very unproffessionally. 1/5 score from me.”

“This is our favorite bar. We are busy and don't get to come here as often as we would like but the bartender that's usually there on weeknights is friendly and makes great drinks. The bartender from last night was the same, friendly service, good drinks. Do not believe the old reviews saying the bar isn't clean. It's pristine and very modern. So far we have never made it for any activities but they cater to the whole community. They offer euchre, board game tournaments, painting, corn hole and more. It's nice that they are stepping up and providing fun stuff to do in such a small community.”

“I got breakfast here with my partner while driving from Pittsburgh to her home town in Indiana. Driving through ohio is usually always the worst part if this trip but this Taco Bell made things a little bit better. 10/10 would stop again!”

“I won't go to Lee's famous Chicken in upper Sandusky because it was disgusting I give them a zero because the chicken and mashed potato was all cold and chicken was overcooked. I will never go back again at all. The floors were so slippery I was scared to fall down, the tables were all dirty.”

The art work and labor of love put into the food on day shift is amazing! It’s unbelievable how well they do even when slammed in the store and with the online orders pumping out at lunch time! “We had a wonderful experience at this Subway! We visited around 6p.m. with our baby and our daughter. While I was breastfeeding my baby, the young lady working there was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Her thoughtfulness and kindness meant so much to our family.
