I recently ordered door dash delivery in Van Wert. The food was awful. I called to talked to the night manager and told her so, plus, I didn't get the banana nut bread I ordered. Instead, the sent pumpkin bread that was outdated. The menu food looks wonderful but there is no one there to prepare it properly, or even make a complaint to. Bob Evans won't be in business with a year or two. No one working! 1 woman in Eaton Ohio running the whole place (except for 1 cook) by herself. This is a huge wrong choice by management. Other restaurants parking lots are full while BE is got getting overflow. Hire some people!!! Quality of food, service are both way down. Hire some people!

Went Saturday evening after a funeral we sang at. Wasn't busy, service was good, food coming out was slow. When food arrived server passed out two plates, third plate and rolls fell off servers tray and onto the floor was a mess. The server was upset, it happens, tried to make light of situation and said I could do the 5 second rule. Don't think she got it. The server did say sorry and we would not be charged, after awhile did get the food and roles, the others were almost finished...read full review
