I ordered a cake for pick up today July 18 on Tuesday , July 15th. Got an order confirmation, called them yesterday to see if i could pick it up a bit earlier . The guy I spoke to looked it up and said it was about to go in the freezer , just need decorated , and wouldn’t be a problem. Great right ? No. Get there , no cake . They have no idea what happened . Then they find the order sheet so I know they had it . They hair decided to ignore it and not make the cake for my daughters...read full review
