About Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin' provides consistently good food, with friendly service. However, the inside of the restaurant could use some attention, as the dining area is often covered in crumbs despite the presence of counter help. While some customers have had negative experiences, others have found the staff to be incredible, going above and beyond to ensure orders are delivered correctly, especially the morning manager who has done a fantastic job with hiring, training, and staffing.
