Today while I was in the drive thru line and had already ordered, my 4 y.o. threw up violently in the car. I pulled out of line and called into the store to tell them why I was no longer in line. They still brought my drink out, told me not to worry about it, and she said, "I hope your day gets better."So sweet and excellent customer service. The coffee was exactly what I needed after the clean up was done too!
Last time I’ll ever visit this store for a Nitro Cold Brew, they have the same DM as Reynoldsburg who won’t let customers upsize the nitro cold brew cup, (I do this to add extra sweet cream) only 2 stores in Columbus that do this, & if this was a corporate rule then you wouldn’t be able to change the cup size in the app. The one store said they could give me a separate venti cup with the extra sweet cream in it, just not with the cold brew itself, okay so now you have two...read full review
