Filling options include beans, carnitas, steak, tripe, tongue, headcheese, and al pastor. Toppings include lettuce, tomato and crema with red and green salsa upon request. “I fear writing this review as this is one of the best kept secrets in taco trucks around Columbus. Delicious birria and asada tacos that they make fresh. I saw raw steak cuts thrown on the grill. The best part is the made-from-scratch tortillas which are so much tastier than store bought. A bit thicker and chewy texture.“

“My husband and I recently visited Dos Hermanos (in Easton) for our weekly date night, and let me tell you, it was hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long, long time. After living in Columbus for over 3 years (and searching high & low), I had come to the sad conclusion that there were no good authentic Mexican restaurants in thus city — that was, until I stepped foot into Dos Hermanos. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with hot chips and fresh, flavorful salsa that set the tone for the rest of our meal. The menu features a wide range of authentic Mexican dishes at reasonable prices. My husband and I tried the queso blanco, street tacos, Birria tacos, and churros. Each dish was flavourful, hot, and super fresh. My personal favorite were the Birria tacos — every bite was packed with the right balance of spices and tenderness. I am very picky when it comes to restaurants, especially Mexican, and let me tell you; if you like flavor (not just salt…), this is the place for you! The food wasn’t all that impressed us — the wait staff was equally fantastic. Our waitress, Megan, was an absolute superstar. She was attentive, friendly, and made our experience very enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, and well staffed— a true hidden gem. After our first visit, we couldn’t resist going back again (only 2 weeks later), and I’m happy to report that the experience was just as perfect as before. I ordered the carne tacos Mexicanos with rice and beans + a horchata and everything was absolutely amazing 🤤 The tacos were packed with flavor and seasoned perfectly. The salsa verde?? SO good, definitely a must try. The beans had a nice little kick to them and the rice was just as good! And don’t even get me started on the horchata… 😮‍💨 Highly recommend this spot if you want authentic, flavorful food. I’ll definitely be back!!“
