Wait time is always too long. Please pull forward to the next window or over to spot 1,2 or 3. Staff is great but every time we come here we wait.
Good help is hard to find. I woundn’t have give this an 1 star but I had to. I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese bagels this morning at 6:53 am and I was at the restaurant any 7:00am. My bagel was hard as a rock so I took it back in. The female employee asked in a nasty tone where’s your receipt, the male employee try to say I left if on the shelf to long and it got hard. No no no, 5 minutes is not long enough for the bagel to sit on the shelf waiting from me to pick...read full review
