I never give had review or complain!! I only gave 2 stars and lucky I did so! This place is most certainly like night and day when it comes to morning shift & night shift!! Day shift they are timely, u get what u order and on ur way with fresh correct food!! U go at night tho.. it's pathetic!! Absolutely Pathetic!!!! Let me start with: they were very kind and also very busy. However, disorganized. I bought a frosty key tag and told them (twice) I was also picking up a mobile order. At the first window the worker handed me the cardboard holder for the key tag without the actual key tag. Got to the second window and they said they didn't realize I had a mobile order. I was asked to pull into a parking space. When they brought the food, I checked the order and found the fries were already cold....read full review
