I recently visited the Wendy’s in New Lexington and had a disappointing experience. Service was very slow despite multiple employees working, with long wait times for a small line.
The food quality was poor. The sandwich was dry with overcooked bacon, and the fries had a strong, unpleasant aftertaste, possibly from old or unfiltered oil.

I stopped at this Wendy’s when I wanted something quick but didn’t feel like the usual fast-food regret afterward. The food tasted fresh, especially the burger, and it didn’t feel thrown together. Everything was hot, and my order came out exactly how I asked for it.

Wendy's in New Lexington has a drive-through line that can take up to 30 minutes, especially during later hours. The restaurant offers plenty of convenient and wheelchair accessible parking. The crew is generally polite and tries to get orders correct, with service and speed that have improved tremendously. The crew is always ready to make children feel welcomed. Food was great, particularly the spicy chicken and double cheese. The order was correct and the cashier was very friendly.
