What's the point of being open until 11pm if you're going to start turning off equipment (turning away customers) at 10:30p? I worked in the food industry including McDonald's growing up and no one would have ever turned down a paying customer 30 minutes before close because the employees didn't want to have to dirty the machine. I mean most places schedule for 30 minutes to a full hour after closing to give time for the nightly clean up. Now may be this location is different...read full review
If I could give lower I would. We sat in the drive thru for a wrap for 20 minutes after ordering. No one said sorry for your wait. HORRIBLE
