Arby's in New Philadelphia

“I went in around 1 pm. The drive-through was very busy compared to no one waiting at the register. I did not receive any suggestions of additional items or the upselling of the size of food items. The inside seating was empty, and the place was clean. I ordered a classic roast beef, cheese, and arby-q sauce added. It was very good. The portion size was larger than expected for a classic. Note: There are occasional coupons available through the mail or order through the Arby's app for additional savings on your purchase.“

“Was just trying to make a quick stop for lunch..employees were friendly but after waiting for our food for close to 20 minutes an employee came out to tell us we'd have to wait another 5 or so minutes for the kids' meal chicken nuggets. They ended up giving her chicken tenders instead, which were tiny and hard for her to chew. Our other sandwiches sat on a tray behind the counter while they forgot to make her nuggets in the first place. Everything else was good and the restaurant was clean. We just won't be stopping when we want our food fast.“
