We were visiting my mom, and we were looking for a place to eat that was out of the norm. Mom suggested Craft, we did not have a reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes no big deal. The food was excellent, I had the special that night it was grilled salmon with lemon caper sauce and shrimp on top sitting on top of tomato gnocchi with a tomato cream sauce, I had to take home most of the gnocchi as there was a lot. Valentines day was perfect! My filet was cooked to perfection served by the chef himself! My husband ordered the kobe wagyu steak....... Let me tell you, that steak tasted like butter. The texture the flavor!!!! Definitely a lot of love in the food. The fact the Chef puts so much time in makingeverything perfect for each guest is so magical! What a lovely place near such a cute downtown area! Food was tasty, service was attentive yet relaxed, food was well priced, I can't think of anything else I'd look for in a local, small town bistro.
