Hey, I just got back to my shop and the cheese curds I ordered were not in my bag.

I ordered barbecue chicken strips and I got chicken strips with 1 barbecue dipping sauce. I didn't want crispy, but it was . My onion rings were 3 different colors so I'm guessing they were from 3 different fryers or fry times. Only one half piece of bread. Seriously?

When my gf and I first ordered we both ordered a kids meal and she wanted to substitute a blizzard for her ice cream treat. Now, rules may have changed but she has done this countless times and just been charged slightly more for her meal. She just ordered it separately and we tried to let it go but when we went to get our orders we were informed they were out of water bottles which is fine so we ordered pop. I got a small while she got an extremely small sized drink. I don’t know which was the correct size but how can I receive a regular small and she gets such a small amount of product when we both were getting the same thing replaced? When the dude at the drive thru said “the fries are really really hot”, the fries were warm to say the very least but got cold in under a minute.On the drive home I went to eat my ice cream, a soft serve vanilla cone, and it was chewy. The vanilla ice cream part wasn’t just ice and crunchy it was chewy like fudge. Not a good experience to go to at all, never come here.

Dairy Queens always take so long for them to fill the order.... I know fan food not fast food. But still some food this hour would be great

The drive thru is so slow. It should never take 3 cars 20 minutes to get thru the line. It's ridiculous

Been there three times. Once for a meal and twice for ice cream.
The meal was ok...nothing to write home about. The ice cream was good.
But, the service was TERRIBLE ALL THREE VISITS. The lady that served me all three times was crabby, rude, and inconsiderate.
I think she is the manager but not sure.

The ice cream portion of my sundae tonight was less than half the normal size. The hot fudge was chewy. The change I received was incorrect. The cashier argued rather than correcting the amount.

Slow employees, edges of the flamethrower signature stack burger burnt. Ordered cheese curds and told that they didn't have it so got fries but never got my money back for the cheese curds. Bacon was over cooked and sat way too long to where they break so easily. And ordered 1 ice cream cone and waited for 20 mins do not come here.

So the service is 5 stars, friendly, quick and great workers. But I'm going to tell you the management here is terrible so I'm a doordasher today on Sunday I go in the building and these poor employees are slammed line out the door, doordashes coming in left and right, drive thru packed... That being said they were clearly doing their best and doing a great job. I witnessed an employee call a manager and not because it was loud but I have amazing hearing. Needless to say they asked if they could pause doordashes for a few minutes to get caught up after a 10 minute phone call not only did the manager not offer to come help but told them No... Now coming from the restaurant industry when your employees tell you they need help or are struggling your job is to fix that. Instead the manager was more worried about covering their own butt than taking care of the good employees they currently have....shame on you. Shame on you
