Ordered online the garlic parmesan chicken strips. When I get there, one worker simply tells me "we don't have those anymore we haven't had them since last week." I said okay well you charged my card for them but I have nothing to pick up? Worker just gives me a blank stare. At least the manager was trying to be helpful but she didn't know how I was supposed to get refunded the extra money. I contacted corporate and am informed that the store must process my return. Of course! So now I must waste another trip to this place to get my money back. Not pleased about how the situation was handled. Why not call me if the item is not in stock? Better yet, why charge someone for something you don't have? Won't be returning.

Zero customer service. Poor hygiene. I waited 20 minutes for a four piece chicken strip basket that I never got. I asked someone to check on order number 77, that person just walked around aimlessly. Did not provide me with an ETA. Didn’t even know what was going on. As I was waiting watching the line cooks put a hamburger inside of a microwave, one of the guys reached up and brushed his nose multiple times with his fingers. No gloves, didn’t wash his hands. I put my number 77 on the counter and my water cup and I walked out. Enjoy my nine dollars. I will never return to Dairy Queen ever again.

Went there 1 night at 8:10pm and then the next night at 8:20pm. Both nights we were told they were closed by the employees that were outside smoking cigarettes. Sign on the door & online says they are open until 9pm. We won’t be going back.

So my wife and I came to this DQ tonight 3/12/24 we ordered our food and our daughter food, wife got a hot fudge Sunday with her meal and my daughter got a cone in a cup, the only gave us one spoon, they told us our food would be out shortly…well after almost 30 mins they came out with our food, onion rings were burnt, the fry’s in my wife’s tender basket were cold and stale, the fry’s I got and the the extra fry they gave us were piping hot, my daughters fry’s were stale and cold, not to mention when my wife started to eat her Sunday, she found a long piece of hair in it, we did not see anybody with a hairnet on at all, place was a mess, tables were sticky and not clean, floors were sticky and a mess, my daughters burger was stale and old but my burger was fresh which my burger was the only good thing about the whole experience, definitely needs some cleaning up in there, tbh the hair in the Sunday was where I drew the line that’s disgusting, I hope this DQ closes doors after the health department makes a visit, I never had a bad experience with the ones up in strasburg and bolivar, both clean and never had a bad experience

Do not go to this dairy queen. We had put in 2 orders at this restaurant and I sent my son to go pick them up. When he came home, an item from each order was missing. I sent him back to retrieve the missing items. Instead of giving him the missing items they told him they would need a text message from me to pick up the missing items. She was extremely rude. The other worker even mentioned her rudness. I can't believe they gave an attitude because of her mistake. I called to get the regional manager's # but was told no by "Rebecca" the manager that was involved in the incident. She also tried to get off the phone with me by saying I was getting loud. I let her know the call was being recorded and she shouldn't say that in raising my voice when I am not. With a rude, incompetent, and dishonest manager at this a location it no wonder you reviews are so bad.If the regional manager sees this, please reach out to me as I would like to discuss the conduct of you employee "Rebecca" and I'll let you listen to our conversation.

Went back to get the rest of my order after I was given half of my stuff, then I assume the manager gives me attitude leaving my order behind the counter to sit for another coworker to hand to me. Overly rude and immature.
