Dear diary, it’s been 6 days since I first had the chopped Italian sandwich and coleslaw at Mustards. Every food I’ve eaten since then seems so lackluster and bland. Things I once enjoyed no longer bring fulfillment. My palate was reborn 6 days ago and I can no longer find joy in the foods that I once relied on, I try not to think about mustards when I’m eating other foods but that sandwich was too powerful. I can’t say enough great things about this place, it’s a gem to have in our small town. It’s a cool, chill little place that turns up the ambiance in the evening. Great selection of wines and imported beers and IPA’s.. a lovely and tasty menu of artisanal snacks, charcuterie, pizzas and delicious, elevated sandwiches. The food and drinks are amazing; however, they need to hire someone else to work in the Deli and serve guests. Walks away before we can finish ordering, takes a long time to refill drinks. Not very friendly.. just kind of cold. Maybe hiring a more friendly personable someone to wait on guests.
