“Ordered takeout tonight and it was delicious! Burgers were cooked to perfection and chicken and waffles were perfect for my kiddos to share. We had just left the restaurant with our food and they called because they forgot 1 of our items. Owner apologized for the wait and for forgetting the item and offered a gift card for our next time ordering because of the mess up. We weren't that far away yet so I just turned around real quick and went back for the food and declined the gift card because it wasn't necessary!“

“We looked around town yesterday on Saturday around 330 for somewhere to get chicken chunks!!! The viaduct was closed. Mike’s was closed and so was Madison Street.!! so we decided to head to the double barrel!!! Definitely was not disappointed! It was a great choice. Wow a 5 piece perch dinner for $12.99..amazing. the filets were big and the breaded perch was golden brown and perfectly cooked.

The brisket sandwich was also good. Barbecue sauce added more flavor and moisture.

The handicap entrance from the back doesn't meet the 1 inch per foot of rise and was difficult to manage with a walker especially going out. The hand rails aided the way down. Plenty of low top and high top seating

We enjoyed watchin some pool playing and cheered on the local bar flies.“

“Parking might be hard but it's well worth it and the wait. Had the pretzel bites with one of the best honey mustards I've ever had. And a bacon egg and cheeseburger that was pure flavor. One of the best burgers I've had in a long long time. Highly recomend and will be back without a doubt.“
