“When we arrived at 9:45, they were only operating the fryers and pizza oven. We got chicken tenders with fries and a “lickin chicken” pizza. It did not disappoint! Hot and delicious. The bartender was great and very attentive. It was our first time here and we will be back. Great atmosphere too.“

“Great spot to hang out and watch the boats go by. Lots of drink choices, cold beer and full bar. Sunday at 1 was slow so lots of tables and chairs available. Clean restrooms. Pizza can be delivered from just a block away.

“Great layed back atmosphere. Really good bar food. Super pizza, burgers, onion rings, and breaded mushrooms, just to name a few items from their large menu selection.
Good entertainment with bar games, pool table, jukebox, and karaoke. Lots of good comfortable indoor seating at the bar and at tables.
Large outdoor covered dinning patio with views of a harbor and the Portland River.
Happy, fast and friendly servers that know how to make great mixed drinks.
Don't be fooled by the outside of the building because it looks like a real dive. But it's pretty nice inside. I have to omit, I was a little hesitant about going in. But now I love this place. ?“

The bloody Mary's look amazing (I don't ever get to order one because I'm always driving!)

Parking: Plan to walk a little ways to get there. We usually have to park at the end of the block in the center of the street parking area.

Wheelchair accessibility: You have to go up steps to get into the building. I'm not aware of any ramps.“

“What a party! This is a great place to enjoy drinks, live music and the stand up comedian. Mike Mad Dog is Not for everyone, and he will tell you right from the start. No filter is the best way to describe him. Lol ?? he was funny! Good drinks and friendly staff. We were early in the afternoon, the show runs 2-5pm. We didn't eat here . Lots of tables and high top tables to sit at but it gets very crowded. They are celebrating their 150 years this year 2023. Would recommend it as one of your stops when in Put-in-Bay.“

“I love there whole menu. My favorite is taco night and slam burgers. Mike the owner and his wife are so awesome very good entertament is always awesome. They have really turned that place around. “Definitely had some Margarita on the Rocks here. The margaritas were delicious. Unsure if they were just a bit more busy than normal for a weekday afternoon, but we didn't get greeted for tableside service. Some tables were greeted, some weren't during the last afternoon Ordered from the bar and paid $26 for 2 margaritas and a Corona... I guess that's Put-in-Bay pricing. Overall 4-star service.“

“With the name Resort in the title, you may expect 4 or 5 star accommodations. Hazards is not The Hilton. What you get are camp chalets, cabins and some of the nicest staff and crew that love where they work and live. It’s the family friendly version of Put In Bay. Adults who are looking to cut loose without the drama you may get elsewhere. Hazards on Middle Bass is a little slice of heaven. You will deal with the nature that comes with island life. So leave those complaints at home. Plenty of bugs. But there is also beautiful wildlife such as swans, eagles and lots of brown rabbits. During the day, cozy up to the pool with plenty of seating. At night, cut loose with live entertainment. The staff will give you plenty of advice on where to explore on the island. And they will be ready with a smile everytime you walk in the front door. I can’t say enough about how fun this place can be.“

Dog friendly patio with dog menu, fresh water in a branded Tito’s bowl was delivered as soon as we sat down. We both had the burger and it was well cooked and the fresh chips were delicious.
