“When we arrived at 9:45, they were only operating the fryers and pizza oven. We got chicken tenders with fries and a “lickin chicken” pizza. It did not disappoint! Hot and delicious. The bartender was great and very attentive. It was our first time here and we will be back. Great atmosphere too.“

“My husband ordered the Lake Erie perch sandwich and swears it was some other fish. Size of the filet was much larger than a Lake Erie perch. After reading other reviews, we see that there were complaints about this issue recently. The menu says “Lake Erie perch sandwich”. Nothing about an up charge for Lake Erie perch.“

“Great spot to hang out and watch the boats go by. Lots of drink choices, cold beer and full bar. Sunday at 1 was slow so lots of tables and chairs available. Clean restrooms. Pizza can be delivered from just a block away.

“If you are from out of town and new to the Port Clinton area, this location is a must stop. Came here for dinner and then lunch the next day. Both meals were excellent and worth the trip. What makes this restaurant is the excellent service from the staff. Additionally…if you come on a Thursday night, get ready for a room full of trivia. It was quite the experience. “Great layed back atmosphere. Really good bar food. Super pizza, burgers, onion rings, and breaded mushrooms, just to name a few items from their large menu selection.
Good entertainment with bar games, pool table, jukebox, and karaoke. Lots of good comfortable indoor seating at the bar and at tables.
Large outdoor covered dinning patio with views of a harbor and the Portland River.
Happy, fast and friendly servers that know how to make great mixed drinks.
Don't be fooled by the outside of the building because it looks like a real dive. But it's pretty nice inside. I have to omit, I was a little hesitant about going in. But now I love this place. ?“

“I love there whole menu. My favorite is taco night and slam burgers. Mike the owner and his wife are so awesome very good entertament is always awesome. They have really turned that place around. “What a party! This is a great place to enjoy drinks, live music and the stand up comedian. Mike Mad Dog is Not for everyone, and he will tell you right from the start. No filter is the best way to describe him. Lol ?? he was funny! Good drinks and friendly staff. We were early in the afternoon, the show runs 2-5pm. We didn't eat here . Lots of tables and high top tables to sit at but it gets very crowded. They are celebrating their 150 years this year 2023. Would recommend it as one of your stops when in Put-in-Bay.“

Dog friendly patio with dog menu, fresh water in a branded Tito’s bowl was delivered as soon as we sat down. We both had the burger and it was well cooked and the fresh chips were delicious.
Didn’t get any merch and I am regretting it… next time!“

“Great server on the patio. Lovely setting at sunset. Most of what we ordered was lovely - great cocktails, cheese curds, tavern salad, chips, Lake Erie Monster sandwich and the roast beef and brie sandwich were all very good. Sadly the walleye was over cooked and smelled fishy - we would call it tired. The kitchen re-fired, but by that point we were ready to head out so we took it to go.
Would eat here again.“
