Visited last weekend and Reel Bar was the crowd favorite amongst our crew. We asked the kids what their favorite food/drink was and they all said their food (royal red shrimp, chicken sandwich, lobster rolls, and the french fries especially) was at Reel Bar and they loved their mocktail selection. Reel Bar is a fun spot with a great atmosphere and an awesome island vibe. The energy is kept up all night by live music. The food is amazing, delicious, and top-notch. Specific standout dishes include the fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked shrimp, the tremendous shrimp and grits, the fantastic Royal Red Shrimp, the pretty spicy but delicious pork belly tacos, and the amazing bourbon burger and fries. Service is consistently quick, friendly, fast, efficient, and very good, with staff always smiling. The bartenders are fantastic. It is a great place for music, food, drinks, and good company, offering great eats, great drinks, and great laughs. Many consider it an absolute gem and one of the best places on the island.
