“I had lunch at the Goat today and not only was the food and service excellent, but the owner went out of his way to make sure our day trip ended on a high note. My bike got a flat tire and he insisted on hauling my bike and myself to the ferry. This 70 year old greatly appreciated his kindness and you can be sure we will support the Goat every time we visit the island.“

“Had a great meal there this past Saturday 7/5. The brussel sprouts are terrific, smash burger was claimed to be the best ever and the French dip was outstanding. Atmosphere and service were amazing. We visit often and can’t wait to go back.“

“Serve what is ordered in a timely manner. Our party of 4 was here last Wednesday for lunch and only 1 of 4 orders was correct. We waited 10 minutes after being seated and received drink order after another 10 minutes. All 4 of us placed food order, ( nothing not on menu) and order was finally brought to table 30 minutes later. Only 1 order was correct. After this, it only took about 5 minutes for the other 3 to be delivered and the cole slaw was incorrect, ever hear of cole slaw with no cabbage? Manager was asked for and he was very rude, no apology and no compensation offered. Beware! They only want your money and have no idea how to run a business properly.“

“Everything about this place is just awesome. It’s an atmosphere that you won’t find anywhere else on the island! Staff, food, pricing, absolutely everything is wonderful and it makes me wish I lived closer so I could return more often!“

“Visited last weekend and Reel Bar was the crowd favorite amongst our crew. We asked the kids what their favorite food/drink was and they all said their food (royal red shrimp, chicken sandwich, lobster rolls, and the french fries especially) was at Reel Bar and they loved their mocktail selection. The adults thoroughly enjoyed our fresh squeezed grapefruit and Tito’s also. Service was excellent and all the staff are extremely friendly! Highly recommend the royal red shrimp, was cooked to perfection and so delicious!“

“Great place! My 9 year old had the best time too. They allow kids during the day Mon-Thursday for $10. I highly recommend this place for a day by the pool. The music brought me back to my 20’s -club days. We had a great afternoon! You feel like you’re at the beach here, & in this town. Will return“

“Service was prompt and attentive. Kids especially liked the homemade root beer on tap in the frosted mugs. Pizza certainly left something to be desired….too cheesy, messy and overall not the greatest. Haven’t tried any other pizza on the island so it’s difficult to compare however it wasn’t great. Garlic butter breadsticks however were excellent“

“A time capsule but that's not an issue for me! They tell you to never judge a book by it's cover and with this place you really can't. As a vegetarian it is difficult for me to get anything other than pizza or salad. Tippers offers a variety of food that I can eat. I ordered the Alfredo and wow was I impressed. You get a small hint of whipping cream but it is very rich and creamy. The after taste of the whipping cream just adds to the fact that the chef is not just using the jar stuff, but actually making it from scratch! Overall delicious!!
