“Tends to be pretty busy but you can get a LOT of food here. We got the Homer (sandwich) which is MASSIVE and the Kamehameha pizza. Took about 30 ish minutes to arrive. The live music is fun. They play games occasionally with the audience (i.e. Phil Collins vs Genesis etc)Also a decent place to watch the fireworks during Island Fest etcWheelchair accessibility: Bar is Wheelchair accessible“

“Graat place to pull up by boat or the road. River is quick to help secure your boat and does it with a smile! The entire bar and wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was surprisingly good, I was expecting "tourist" food and got so much more. The menu has many gluten free options, which is very appreciated. The shrimp and scallops meal (gf) was amazing, the scallops were BIG and cooked perfectly. The chicken brushetta meal (gf) was juicy and full of flavor. The fish tacos were very fresh with large pieces of fish and great for a quick meal. The shrimp Cajun pasta was also a hit with our group, a large serving of pasta and I think 6 large shrimp. All of the meals were very generous portions.“

“Due to staffing shortages, the bartender was taking drink & food orders for everyone directly at the bar. He then also served everyone their food at the inside & outside tables. He had a friendly & fantastic attitude through it all. We really enjoyed the fries! As for the pulled pork, it was so over-sauced that we couldn't tolerate eating it.“

“It was pretty good - we came late in the day for dinner. The bartender actually served us and he was fantastic! We got the shrimp cocktail app, mozzarella sticks app, bacon cheese fried app, chicken tender basket and a walleye basket. Pictured is the chicken tender basket - we ate everything else before I could photograph it!“

“Great place to gather with friends. Atmosphere is cosmopolitan yet warm and friendly. Busy with good live music yet calm enough to carry on quite serious conversations. I hosted 12 men who are not all easy to please. (Some might be called grumpy!) They were pleased that evening!“

“Delicious food, a great wine and cocktail selection and a beautiful atmosphere! The Canoe Club is one of our absolute favorites and a must stop if you are in the area! We ate there last night and we were waited on by Ally, who was one of the best servers we have had! Thank you Canoe Club for always being a fantastic dining experience!“

“We stopped into the Island House Restaurant for lunch. The restaurant was interesting, good and bad. My wife's chicken sandwich was good. The french fries served with it were cooked in oil that was too cool and tasted oily. The slaw was excellent. My Mediterranean platter was supposed to have toasted pita bread, not toasted, and a little soggy. Everything else was great. The service was ok we had a multitude of people waiting on us. I would probably return if I return to Kelly's Island.“
