“We were in the area for 4 days. Cleats was the only restaurant we visited twice! Their outdoor patio is nice with a marina view. The appetizers were great. Foods were a little lackluster. The frozen cocktails were delicious. The second visit, our 4 kids were whiny, loud, and impatient. Our waitress (wish I would have got her name) was so kind and patient with us. She got mom and dad’s drinks out right away with waters for all the kids. Brought coloring pages and crayons. Took the babies binky and rinsed it off after it fell to the ground and brought it back wrapped in a napkin. She was very attentive and kind to our family. :)“

“We love visiting every year and always take home some grape juice and wine, my favorite is the Sweet Belle. We did the crystal cave and winery tour this year, which we have done many times. We were disappointed that your yard/gardens have not been cared for, and we also wish your tour guides and employees would dress a little more professionally, or at least have them wear some type of Heineman shirt or uniform. Appearance should reflect their pride in their jobs and your establishment. The bathrooms are in major need of repair and updating, and the outside garden area with picnic tables also needs some sprucing up. Please put a little more effort into your presentation, and it will pay off. Things have run down a bit since our last visit.“

“We stopped here for breakfast on our way to the ferry. It was raining off and on and Frostys was a short walk thru the park, under trees to the station. We had breakfast. The portions were good and the food was fine. Seemed like or server might have been recently released into the wild on her own, rookie missteps, but we got our food in plenty of time and didn't suffer on any level. Yes we would go back.“

“What a family business that I’ve known now the participants since around 98 to 2000 I’m at Roger and his wife they were always working hard with their kids at the pizza business by the time they made it to the island I guess wow. I would say more, but I have something important to say not long. After this occurrence I had. I had ordered my pizza and stepped away from the counter to give other people an opportunity to order and to pick their pizza up.

Simply watching what words I use if you’re a schmuck or a Karen or from the inner city, whichever you were when you told me I had number 25 on my receipt don’t be pushing your way up in here. I was not pushing my way up in here there.

You are as ignorant as they come and the problem with our country. If you stand in front of the counter after you order your pizza I’m assuming this happened and you did not want to lose your spot because you’re selfish.

You chose the wrong person to say that to After I politely informed you of the receipt and the number I had number 25. I then asked you where you were from Detroit. You started cussing me out so then I let you have it. You didn’t say much after that but apparently the young man behind the counter possibly came out I didn’t know. I thought it was your son Karen whatever the hell your name was .

I was there at the end of the season and could not figure out why the young man at the counter treated me differently. I was in sensed and enraged based on the last 17 years of the island being bodyslammed by selfish ignorant people like yourself. I removed myself from the situation again. This is a wonderful family owned business. I’m really proud to know them and appreciate them.

Don’t forget, move your ass aside when you order your pizza and do like normal people should be doing sit outside and wait for your number

You’re probably out cutting people off in traffic and bumping your horn at them you ignorant excuse for a woman, and if that was a young man behind the counter, you need to figure out who the problems are and let them know to move away from the counter, appreciate your business cameo’s pizza and the family.
