“We were going to go to the ice cream festival at the old mill in Utica after a day of fun and adventure. There was only half an hour left but they still wanted $10 to park so we said that wasn't worth it for just getting a cone. We ended up at this DQ and I had my first turtle pecan blizzard. It was really good and parking was free. I highly recommend free parking for ice cream. I like German chocolate blizzards more but not too many DQs remember what's in them.“

“I just had the most amazing customer service here!!! WOW!! I had to put in 25 individual orders for residents at a nursing home and the manager Carlos was phenomenal. He took the time to get my orders individually and bagged them and numbered them which made my job 10x easier. Shout out to Gabe and another girl who helped (didn't get her name) but they obviously worked well together because the order was perfectly done and I wasn't missing anything. Starting with fresh everything helps tremendously. Add to that the limited toppings (for good reason and good taste!), and add to the overall impact of the sub. I grew up in a sub region and the competition was fierce. Since moving away, I have searched for the subs of my youth. Jersey Mike's brings back the magic for me.
