Busy Wendy's spent time between baseball games here almost an hour. We advised them the pop machine was out of ALL drinks, never refilled......They did throw away and replace our drinks if wanted refills from behind the counter......All employees were polite and friendly but I didn't understand the pop thing, otherwise the food was good and the staff was friendly.
Food was smashed together, there was one car and me but they were rushing me at the speaker after telling me they are out of what I was wanting to order (baked potato ) . Didn't seem too nice in general over the speaker . The baconator fries I received was smooshed into like a hot dog form in the corner of the container . Also found 3 hairs in the fries . With gas prices I'm not driving all the way back unfortunately.
Usually this is a very good place. I had a bad experience that day. We waited over 10 minutes on my fish sandwich to get done, which they promptly gave to another customer. I received a chicken sandwich that was so spicy I could not eat it, and the wait made my fries cold and my frosty melt. Another customer going out of the store said he thought he got my fish, and I got his chicken. The cashier/order taker argued with me about it, and finally decided to give me a new fish...
