Food is always either stale, hard, or undercooked. Always find weird bits in the meat when I’m eating a taco, the workers always very short and always high ?. They’re always out of something; the slush machines never work. They take FOREVER, to get out very simple orders.
Food is good but they ALWAYS forget my cinnamon twists. The last time I went I even got 2 orders of cinnamon twists thinking there's no ways they could forget BOTH orders, but sure enough they did. I've never had any other issue with them, just not sure why they can never remember to include the cinnamon twists.
I travel cross country at least twice a year. I've been to 40 states and countless taco bells in between. Never in my life has a taco bell delivered such fantastic service. Best taco bell I've been to from the west coast to the east coast this location takes the cake. If you're driving through Ohio, I highly recommend stopping here and getting a grilled cheese burrito with chicken. They're fast, attentive, and polite. The food was neat and accurate to order...
