Ordered the Texas cheesesteak and bacon melt with hash browns. Came out perfect and was very delicious. My wife ordered two waffles. Both came out pale white, not golden brown.
Very disappointing to see that, during checkout I could see that the cook produced all waffles that way. Way too early removal from the press.
It seems they were under staffed due to limited time to clear seating ares and keep the kitchen floor clean. Thats too bad. I visit Waffle House frequently and always have a great visit. I going to say this isn’t normal. Cant do much about the staffing issues, but next time I will ask for golden brown waffles just like the picture in the menu.“

“This was our first time. We got seated right away. The food was delicious, arrived quickly & was steaming hot. My daughter & I ordered the omelet, with potatoes & toast. Our server, Jessica, was excellent. We asked for water, a container, donuts, and received them promptly. As we were eating, the restaurant started to fill up & people had to wait. It seemed like a short wait, though. We will definitely return.“

“I was kinda sad for the neighborhood when they put the Waffle House in on Lincoln way. Traveling a lot, going to many of these restaurants, WH definitely has that “trucker stop stigma” in my opinion. Well anyways we finally decided to check it out and I am so pleasantly impressed with this location. All of the workers we’ve had while visiting are friendly, the gentleman cooking do a great job. The overall quality of cleanliness throughout the place is excellent. Would definitely check them out if passing through Massillon.“

“I came here with my family after a long and exhausting day in the sun and received food and service that exceeded my expectations. Darla was our server and she was exceptional at her job. She made us feel right at home and like we were chatting with an old friend rather than a server. That turned this meal from an inextraordinary experience into one I’ll have memories of with my family for a long time.“
