Today July 5th I went to the italianette in North college Hill I had to go order I called it in got a hot ham and Turkey club sandwich is okay I got three pieces of cheesecake My bill is $37 I got home and it didn't sound right so I looked up the prices on the menu online It was $4.99 for a piece of cheesecake so I went back to inquire why my bill was so high they informed me that they had changed the price last summer sometime It is now $8.99 when I acquired about them changing it online The manager on duty told me they'll get around and change in that sometime so I looked at the paper menu the The $4.99 was scratched out and replaced with $8.99 I was not informed of the price increase I realize prices go up but to raise something $4 and not change it or tell the customer at checkout this doesn't seem like a good business decision I didn't even realize it till I got home and when I went back they were not very friendly or helpful I highly recommend going somewhat's different

I just ordered delivery from here and the pizza just made me throw up and i ordered 20 wings and only got 14 wings. They always forget my garlic butter. Brianna the girl who took my order was rushing me off the phone being rude. I spent $60 on this food and can’t even enjoy the food. Just a waste of money and food!

Wonderful place to share some pizza with friends and family. Pizza was great, space was roomy and comfy and service top notch. Staff went out of the way to accommodate our party with a wheel chair. Quality of food was superb. This was a great find in the old neighborhood.

Extra large are smaller now and price is higher

Stumbled upon this place seeking something different I think what I was looking for was a steak hoagie I ended up trying a steak hoagie along with the fish hoagie both were great. But now have a go-to favorite here. 😋 The barbecue chicken pizza it comes with pork on it but I remove that a substitute it with banana peppers it's literally delicious.

I want to start my review off by saying I’ve been eating here since I was a little girl, and unfortunately this will be my last time here. Yesterday afternoon I placed an order for two pizzas for pickup. After receiving them & making it home, I noticed one of the pizzas was made absolutely wrong and looked extremely disgusting (pictured below). I then called back to express my concern with my order and to find a solution, but the manager and owner, DAN/DANIEL/DANNY KRIMMPER, was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful towards me. When we first got on the phone, he was hostile, which I couldn’t understand but didn’t take offense to; however, he was just extremely disrespectful & rude to me the entire conversation. He offered no support, assistance, or empathy towards HIS business giving BAD food. He actually told me since I didn’t like it and the pizza was so bad, I should just never come back (and by his request, I will not).

He was so nasty to me; I was so overwhelmed and upset. I reached out to the Silverton location to see if I could speak with another owner/manager about this situation, so this morning I called Silverton to speak with Steve Krimmper, and he was also rude. He brushed off my concerns, told me there was nothing he could do for me, said he didn't know what I was expecting to be done, and couldn't speak to whether Dan was rude (even after I told him about several others saying he was rude as well). He even went as far as telling me “I know about the bad reviews but I take all online reviews with a grain of salt”. As if that’s an appropriate thing to tell a long term customer who is making a complaint.

This is my last time eating here; I'll never be back & make sure nobody I know visits either.

Look at this crazy thing!!! I ordered the taco bread bowl, was not expecting this massive amount of food for $10. Two of us split it and it was so good! Only complaint is it is hard to pick up when someone is ordering at the counter, it would be nice if they had a dedicated pick up register or area
