“I have wanted to stop and eat here for at least 25 years and never did until today. It looks exactly how I imagined it looked 35 years ago, which is perfect. Classic diner with great wait staff and quick wait times. Came for lunch on a Friday and got right in around noon. Had the bacon cheeseburger and it was easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. My friends fish sandwich was good too. Will be back again!”

“Sunday morning, the place was very busy and there was a wait for our food, but once we got it, we enjoyed it. Ordered the French ie platter. Bacon, eggs, hash browns, and French toast. Four slices and they were thick and dripping butter. Eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon could have been just a bit crisper. Our server was excellent. Attentive and polite. She was the only one working the tables and handled a full house exceptionally well.”

“As a long-time fan of Rendino's I was terribly disappointed by the pizza a couple times in a row and stopped ordering altogether for a *very* long time. This was right after it was sold. On a whim I tried it again and I'm so glad I did. There are a couple small things that seem a little different, but overall the Rendino's many of us in the area grew up with is BACK! For anyone out there who may have drifted away from Rendino's for similar reasons, I would urge you to give it another go - you will not be disappointed!”

“We went to Joey's Kendal Tavern on a Tuesday evening with our daughter and enjoyed a great meal! The best thing about "the Kendal", is the variety of food on the menu. I had shrimp, my husband had pork chops and our daughter had a buffalo chicken wrap that was so big she took half home! All of the food was delicious. The waitress was friendly. Our food came out quickly even though there were two other large groups of people there. We will return!”

“This was an awesome find for my girlfriend and I. Were were out antiquing and decided we wanted to eat somewhere. I found this place on Google maps and it was close. So we decided to go. We are definitely glad we did. This is a neat historical building. They have a restaurant and a little museum. The restaurant was nice and cozy. It had that small home town feeling. It was a relaxed atmosphere. The servers were attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic home cooked fresh food. The museum is definitely worth checking out. They also have a small veterans museum there to which I find really fantastic. If your ever in the area I would definitely recommend stopping by you won't be disappointed. “Been a loyal customer for 20+ years, moved 40 minutes away, still did the drive. However the wings have been dry with very little sauce the last 4 times. I asked for sauce on the wings...didn't put barely any...i guess its time to find a new place...if you wanna get my business back ( i spend almost 100.00 every time) give us some darn wing sauce!!!”

“I stopped in to buy two of my favorite munchkins donuts. I am not much on sweets, but what I have tasted these are top notch. It's a sweet little hole in the wall with tables and cozy and warm. They are willing to serve and we were in and out in less than 10 mins, my husband likes to talk. The donuts were a hit with the kids and mom.”

“So while I'm still going to give this a 5 star review because, for what it's worth, the pizza IS good, I feel like an authentic, pureed, spicy salsa roja would have paired better than the salsa verde. It's definitely worth ordering again but if you have it on hand I recommend adding some El Yucateco XXX Habanero hot sauce to it. It adds that little something something that's missing. Further 5 stars for being creative with their pizza and doing something no one else is.”

“A great old style diner. The breakfast offerings are standard but good. I ordered the chicken fried steak. The meat and gravy were very good, over easy eggs cooked to perfection, and a heaping helping of hash browns, all tasting great. Service was also very attentive. My wife had French toast. The plate was empty at the end of the meal so I think she liked it. : )”

“Great pizza! Small town shop with big flavor. I tried the wing lover pizza tonight, and it was by far one of the best Buffalo chicken pizzas I have ever had. My wife got her standard cheese pizza, and the sauce was amazing. Great pizza shop.”
