“We stopped at this restaurant after a visit to Shakerwoods. We arrived there for an earlier dinner around 430. It wasn't very busy. The staff was friendly. Our server was great. She checked on us often. There were 3 of us, and all of our meals were fantastic. By the time we left the restaurant was packed with people waiting, which is a sure sign that it is a good restaurant.
The restaurant is too far from our house to visit regularly, but if we are ever in the area we will be sure to stop in.“

Homefries were so good, eggs cooked perfect, French toast was delicious, my side of thick toast was great. An excellent breakfast that was affordable. “One of the worst dining experience I ever had. The noise from the kitchen was so loud we couldn't even talk. My wife's fish was way over cooked my pork chop was tough that I did not take it home. The price was way to high. I eat out 3or4 times a week and always at finer restaurants I would not ever go back.“

“UPDATE 2025: New & Much Larger Restaurant Now! They've got room for those who love to eat in & enjoy savoring their delish food made fresh from the kitchen. Make sure you get some of those steamed dumplings that come with a duck sauce & a spicy horseradish mustard sauce that is so, so good. They have a wonderful oolong tea & I love that as well.
By far, the best fried rice in the county! Every dish I’ve had has been delicious. From Walnut Chicken, Chicken Egg Foo Young to Mu Shu Pork & Pepper Steak it’s all amazing.!!!!! This is our family favorite pick for over a decade now & we love it!

“We were a party of 9, hungry, thirsty and with a few picky eaters. Ashlee was an excellent waitress, answering our questions, quickly bringing out our appetizers and refilling our drinks efficiently. On top of that she maintained a sunny disposition. We also had a take out which we took home hot and ready to serve. We have always had good service and great food on our visits and Ashlee did your establishment proud.“

“I had a steak salad. It was good, but there wasn't enough dressing, only one little plastic container full. If I pay $20 For a salad, it needs to have enough dressing so that every bite tastes like the dressing. It shouldn't have dry spots for that kind of money, which is overpriced for a salad. I also had to wait longer than the quoted prep time before it was ready.“

“Placed an order by phone and due to a miscommunication one of pizzas was not as expected. Contacted Wedgewood, explained, received clarification, sincere apology and compensation. So..for those of you who have been disappointed recently by this established highly rated restaurant..perhaps a simple conversation could have rectified the situation instead of sullying their reputation. We're all human after all. There is a tremendous amount of competition in the pizza business and Wedgwood strives to excel and it succeeds. Keep on keeping on!!“

“Would highly recommend to everyone I know as long as Jen is not working. She is bottom of the barrel. she is rude, loud and fowl mouthed. There is nothing professional about her. She talks about others non stop and shouldn't be in the public. The owner could care less. He allows this to go on. Makes for a very uncomfortable setting. Lisa is by far the fastest friendliest waitress in Ohio. There is another waitress there that is amazing I do not remember her name but her husband cooks there. Have never had bad food but the owner needs to get Jen under control or out of there before he loses employees and customers.“

“Let me begin by saying that I believe this is the best chicken teriyaki in the area for the price. The food is fresh, fast, and the meats are cooked hibachi style right in front of the customer, caramelizing them with a high heat char. As others have said, when the cook is done preparing your meal, they'll offer you a ladle of extra teriyaki sauce. The answer to this question is always yes.Now, on to the details and why I gave it 4/5 instead of a solid 5.Let's start with the cashier. Every time I've come here, the same cashier has been working, and she always seems annoyed that a customer has shown up. She can come off a bit snippy and impatient and has cut me off in the middle of speaking many times. I'm not sure what her deal is, or if it's just me, but I don't appreciate being made to feel like I'm bothering the cashier just by walking up to order.A word to the wise: as far as I can tell, the chicken is dark meat, and can sometimes not be trimmed as well as it should be. Almost every order has a few inedible or extremely fatty pieces, and I've come across several small pieces of bone and connective tissue over the many times I've eaten here. I don't know if they break down the meat in house or if it's shipped ready to cook, so I can't really fault them for it, but it's still a little off-putting.Despite these two issues, I do actually really enjoy Sarku Japan and it's pretty much the only place I go when I'm craving some Asian or teriyaki goodness. I highly recommend it. If you happen to be perusing the mall or just in the Boardman area, give it a try.“

And now so customers won't have to go to the Golden Corral in Hermitage Pennsylvania to get American food? American food like Real Yams Mac, and Cheese, Baked Chicken, White Rice, Broccoli Cauliflower, Carrots, Cornbread Dressing and Mashed Potatoes and gravy.“

I ordered an appetizer and it took 20 minutes. 3 couples who came in after me have already been served. I told her I wanted to order and she disappeared. I asked on the status of my appetizer when she reappeared and she said that takes 10 minutes. I said okay, it was at least 15 minutes ago. So far I've been here at least 35 minutes and have just ordered my pizza at 2:08pm. My pizza didn't arrive until 2:32 . The food is good but the service certainly doesn't match. I think in the future we will frequent another location.“
